Treatment Plan:
1	Naturopathic Medical Evaluation

3	One Nutritional Consultation with Naturopathic Doctor
4	Physical fitness evaluation and detailed, self-directed training program
5	One Contact Ultrasound Bone Analyzer test (optional)
6	Six month supply of Day Pack and Evening Pack customized supplements
7	Six month supply of Natural Bio-identical Estrogen, and/or Natural Bio-identical Progesterone and/or Natural Bio-identical Testosterone, by prescription based on patient requirements. Also available natural alternatives to hormones utilizing botanicals and nutrients.
8.	Six month supply of DHEA based on patient requirements.
9	Medical lab evaluation midway through the program consisting of the same tests as 2 with the Naturopathic Doctor
10	Medical lab evaluation at the end of the program consisting of the same tests as 2
