This is the program to assess the severity of osteoporosis, find any treatable etiology for bone loss and begin a proven treatment plan. This program is designed for all people over the age of 50 especially women who are menopausal.

Treatment Plan:
1	Naturopathic Medical Evaluation
2	Laboratory Evaluation including the following: A.      Osteo Genomic Profile B.      Bone Resorption Assessment C.      DEXA Scan and Contact Ultrasound Bone Analyzer (CUBA) D.      Blood group genomic profile E.       Evaluation of Hormones
3	Physical fitness and musculoskeletal assessment
4	Detailed personal fitness plan
5	Two nutritional consultations with the Naturopathic Doctor
6	Six month supply of Day Pack and Evening Pack Plus
7	Six month supply of Natural Bio-identical Estrogen, and/or Natural Bio-identical Progesterone and/or Natural Bio-identical Testosterone, by prescription based on patient requirements
8	Medical lab evaluation as in 2c midway and at the end of the program
9	Medical lab evaluation at the end of the program consisting of Contact Ultrasound Bone Analyzer
10	One Naturopathic medical consultation to review objectives of program upon completion
