Aging, Physical Conditioning and hGH

As we age the body loses its ability to release hGH. Yet, the body still produces or manufactures hGH and stores it in the pituitary gland, but it is not released in sufficient quantities to maintain a state of youthfulness or physical condition that is normal with younger people.
